Serving North Texas since 2004
Commercial experience. Residential care. One practical standard.
Kool Koncepts grew from owner Todd Finley's commercial HVAC background into a Plano-based company serving homes and businesses across North Texas.
The story
From commercial rooftops to North Texas homes
Todd Finley began as a commercial HVAC technician in 1992, started residential work in 1997, and created Finley Innovations DBA Kool Koncepts in 2004.
Commercial work built the foundation: installation, diagnostics and repair for business clients across Texas.
As the residential side grew, Kool Koncepts expanded with service trucks and an installation crew while keeping service and repair at the center of the business.
Today the company works from 1100 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074 and serves homeowners and commercial properties throughout the published North Texas service area.
